How to Return an Item<\/b><\/h2><p class=\"p3\">Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:<\/p><h3><b>Step I \u2014 Submit Your Return Request<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">If you do not have a Quanlian account, open your <span class=\"s2\"><b>Order Confirmation Email<\/b><\/span> and click <span class=\"s2\"><b>\u201cSave Your Order\u201d<\/b><\/span> to proceed.<\/p><h3><b>Step II \u2014 Select the Order<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">Go to <span class=\"s2\"><b>Your Orders<\/b><\/span>, locate the relevant order, and click <span class=\"s2\"><b>\u201cReturn\/Refund\u201d<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><h3><b>Step III \u2014 Choose Items to Return<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Some reasons require additional information; please provide the required details and click <span class=\"s2\"><b>\u201cNext\u201d<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><h3><b>Step IV \u2014 If the Item Does Not Require Return<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">Simply select your preferred refund method:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Refund to <\/span><b>Quanlian Credit Balance<\/b><span class=\"s1\">, or<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Refund to your <\/span><b>original payment method<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\">Click <span class=\"s2\"><b>\u201cSubmit\u201d<\/b><\/span> to complete the request.<\/p><h3><b>Step V \u2014 If the Item Needs to Be Returned<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">Choose the return method and submit your request.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">A <span class=\"s2\"><b>return label<\/b><\/span> will be provided.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">\u2714 The <span class=\"s2\"><b>first return per order<\/b><\/span> (including multiple returnable items) is <span class=\"s2\"><b>free within 90 days<\/b><\/span> of purchase.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">\u2718 Some exceptions apply.<\/p><h3><b>Step VI \u2014 Package Requirements<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">Place all return items in <span class=\"s2\"><b>one package<\/b><\/span> along with their <span class=\"s2\"><b>original barcodes<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">If a barcode is missing:<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Place the item in a <span class=\"s2\"><b>transparent bag<\/b><\/span> and include it in the return package.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Your package will undergo <span class=\"s2\"><b>quality inspection<\/b><\/span>. Refunds are processed only after passing inspection.<\/p><h3><b>Step VII \u2014 Ship the Package<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">Print the provided return label and attach it to the package.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Drop it off at your nearest <span class=\"s2\"><b>Neighbour Express \/ Canada Post \/ UPS<\/b><\/span> location.<\/p><h3><b>Step VIII \u2014 Track Your Refund<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">You may view the refund status in:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"p1\">The order details page<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">SMS notifications<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">Email<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">Push notifications<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Note:<\/b><\/span> Your package must be <span class=\"s2\"><b>postmarked within 14 days<\/b><\/span> after submitting the return request, otherwise the return will be cancelled.<\/p><hr \/><h2><b>2. Is Return Shipping Free?<\/b><\/h2><p class=\"p3\">\u2714 The <span class=\"s2\"><b>first return per order<\/b><\/span> within the return period is <span class=\"s2\"><b>free<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">\u2714 Oversized\/overweight items may be returned via <span class=\"s2\"><b>self-shipping<\/b><\/span>; once returned and inspected, you will receive an <span class=\"s2\"><b>equivalent Quanlian Credit refund<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">If you have already returned one item and need to return additional items from the same order, you may still do so if the return window is open.<\/p><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s3\">For <\/span><b>second and subsequent returns<\/b><span class=\"s3\"> of the same order:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"p1\">You may use our return label<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A <\/span><b>US$10.00 shipping fee + applicable taxes<\/b><span class=\"s1\"> will be deducted<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p3\">To reduce extra costs and environmental waste, we recommend sending all return items in one shipment.<\/p><hr \/><h2><b>3. Where to Find Your Return Label<\/b><\/h2><p class=\"p3\">You can download the return label in <span class=\"s2\"><b>two ways<\/b><\/span>:<\/p><p class=\"p4\"><b>Option A<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p4\"><b>All Orders \u2192 Print Return Label &amp; Start Return \u2192 Print Return Label<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p4\"><b>Option B<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p4\"><b>Returns \u2192 Print Return Label \u2192 Download &amp; Print<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><hr \/><h2><b>4. Return Window<\/b><\/h2><p class=\"p3\">You may return items within <span class=\"s2\"><b>90 days of purchase<\/b><\/span>, except for the following:<\/p><h3><b>I. Non-Returnable Items<\/b><\/h3><ul><li><p class=\"p1\">Worn, washed, damaged clothing, or clothing missing tags\/hygiene labels<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">Grocery items<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">Certain health &amp; personal care items<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">Customized items<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">Certain underwear products<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">Items marked as non-returnable by sellers (still subject to Quanlian policy)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>II. Electronics<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">Most electronics have a <span class=\"s2\"><b>45-day, 60-day, or 90-day<\/b><\/span> return window.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Please check the product detail page for specifics.<\/p><p class=\"p4\"><b>Important:<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Return packages must be <span class=\"s2\"><b>shipped within 14 days<\/b><\/span> after submitting the return request.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Once the window closes, returns will no longer be accepted.<\/p><hr \/><h2><b>5. Refunds<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>I. Advanced Refund<\/b><\/h3><p class=\"p3\">In some cases, we issue a refund after you ship the package.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">If the item is not returned or fails inspection, the amount may be charged back to your original payment method.<\/p><h3><b>II.
